Opening 1 : Conference Programmer
Experience: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for program production for a particular conference-including topic research and program content development in consultation with the In house Advisors.
  • To locate, liaison and bring on-board the high profile speakers on the basis of their profile and other relevant factors.
  • To manage all speaker requirements including travel & accommodation, audio-visual requirements, logistics, keeping other deadlines and maintaining material submission processes etc.
  • To collate and assimilate relevant data into agenda to be discussed at conferences and forums.
  • To establish collaboration with relevant industry associations, government bodies and organizations.
  • To maintain relationship with customers and keep pace with competition.
  • Assistance in compilation of promotional literature like brochures like flyers, posters, print media ads.
  • Maintenance and updation of the corporate website.
  • Compeering and Event/Conference management.
